… transforms a historic building from 1904 in the centre of Düsseldorf into a contemporary and flexible workspace. The adaptive reuse preserves and works with the character of the existing architecture, including its generous ceiling heights, arched windows, natural light and distinctive spatial structure, while introducing new environments for contemporary ways of working. A central Join Area is complemented by dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms and quieter spaces for focused work. Rather than replacing the existing building, the project uses its architectural qualities as the basis for a new workplace identity, combining the atmosphere of the historic fabric with flexible and modern office infrastructure.
