... develops a residential concept that combines the independence of a private apartment with spaces for shared daily life. Furnished apartments provide room for sleeping, working, cooking and relaxing, while communal areas for dining, co-working and exercise create opportunities to meet. Developed for Ruby Group, the concept was also explored in a spatial study for the Museumsquartier in Starnberg, with shared spaces on the ground floor and private apartments above.
