By pulling the building volumes outward, the apartments can receive light from three sides while daylight is simultaneously drawn deep into the otherwise dark stairwell. A public canteen and a shared workshop activate the ground floor, while the upper levels combine family apartments, cluster living, two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments, temporary apartments and a communal coworking space at the top. Generous planting, balconies and terraces accompany the projections throughout the building, extending the homes into green outdoor spaces and creating a sense of living within nature.
